By creating an account or otherwise using Seeker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Seeker is a personal job search tracker. It lets you record job applications, resumes, interview notes, contacts, offers, notes, and learning entries, and requires an email-verified account to sign in.
You retain ownership of the resumes, notes, and other content you upload or enter into Seeker. We store and process that content only to provide the service to you; every record is scoped to your account and is not visible to other users.
When you use Seeker's outreach feature, the service sends email on your behalf to recipients you choose. You are responsible for the content of those messages and for complying with applicable anti-spam laws.
You may stop using Seeker at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Seeker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seeker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
Questions about these terms can be sent to meet.rakholiya.w1@gmail.com.
